NOTICE OF PUBLIC INPUT MEETING A public meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 3:30 p.m. at Carthage City Hall located at 314 Spring Street. The purpose of said meeting is to discuss the possibility of applying for a Community Development Block Grant through the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development. The hearing is open to the public and active participation is highly encouraged.
