Smith County Trustee Notice Recently, tax bills were mailed out for Smith County by County Record Services, LLC. We also mail for several other counties in Tennessee. During the inserting process for Smith County, less than 4% of the tax bills mailed were mistakingly inserted and mailed in Benton County envelopes. The tax bills are correct as well as the return envelopes.
