Invitation to Bid Town of Carthage Amphitheater Project This project consists of the construction of a new Amphitheater to serve the Town of Carthage in Smith County, Tennessee. The proposed construction includes: 1. Site Work: The binlceds all grading, stone and related site preparation work incidental to completing the site work as shown on the plans and included in the specifications. 2. Construction of Amphitheater: Includes all materials, roofing, building, concrete, erection, insulation, electrical, lighting, painting, and all other work incidental to completing the amphitheater construction as shown on the plans and included in the specifications. 3.
