100 years at Union Heights celebration

Union Heights Elementary School will be holding a spring carnival in celebration of its 100th year anniversary this Saturday (April 27).

The event will be held from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. 

An alumni basketball game will be held beginning at 5 p.m. 

Some of the activities during the day will  include bounce house, tattoos, face paint, cornhole, hula hoop, balloon darts, ball throw/basket, musical chairs and three tickets for cakewalk for kids. A kids wristband for these activities is $20.

Food trucks will be on site. 

Vendors include The Birds Nest, Fresh Honey from Greg Sanders and Two Rivers Native Style Art. 

Treats will be available for one dollar including popcorn, cotton candy and snow cones. 

More activities are being added to the event.
