NOTICE OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE’S SALE WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated May 30, 2014, executed by RICHARD BOWERS, conveying the certain real property therein described to DAVID WEST, Trustee, for Smith County Bank, with said Deed of Trust of record in Trust Deed Book 277, Page 81, Register’s Office, Smith County, Tennessee; and WHEREAS, Smith County Bank, a branch of Citizens Bank of Lafayette, Tennessee, is the true and lawful holder of the debt, has declared the entire indebtness due and payable, has appointed the undersigned, A. NOTICE TO CONSULTANT ENGINEERS REGARDING A REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND LETTERS OF INTEREST December 5, 2024-December 19, 2024 Smith County an Equal Opportunity, Affi rmative Action Employer, seeks to retain the services of a professional Consultant/Engineering fi rm to provide services related to the completion of a Safe Streets for All (SS4A) Action Plan, funded in part by the U.S. Department of Transportation (US-DOT) in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) for the State of Tennessee. The project shall be accomplished in accordance with program guidelines as described by the US-DOT and managed locally through the Smith County Highway Department.
