Obit – Mr. David Keith “Pa” Hensley

Mr. David Keith “Pa” Hensley, age 60 of Rome, TN, passed away on Friday June 6, 2025.

Keith was born December 11, 1964 in Carthage, TN. Saved at an early age, Keith was married to Deborah Lynn Cook on May 3, 1985. He was preceded in death by his brother, Kevin Hensley; father-in-law, Archie “Pa-Paw” Cook; brother-in-law, John Barry Cook. He was currently working at Carthage Advance Auto Parts. He loved fishing, antique autos and his family.

Keith is survived by his wife of 40 years: Deborah Cook Hensley of Rome, TN; daughter and son-in-law: Kristy and Joey Bly of Hickman, TN; grandchildren: Elijah Bly, Jaxon Bly and Kinlee Bly; mother-in-law, Macie Cook.

Keith is at the Gordonsville Chapel of Bass Funeral Homes. Graveside services for Keith were conducted on Tuesday June 10, 2025 at 1pm at Smith County Memorial Gardens with Bro. Kenny Hensley officiating.
