REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The Upper Cumberland Development District’s Area Agency on Aging and Disability will receive proposals for the provision of the following services: The AAAD contracts for services in the fourteen-county region of the Upper Cumberland (Cannon, Clay, Cumberland, DeKalb, Fentress, Jackson, Macon, Overton, Pickett, Putnam, Smith, Van Buren, Warren, and White). NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS The penalty & interest for 2025 city property taxes paid on or after March 1, 2026, will be 1½ %. Penalty & interest increases 1½ % per month thereafter. Beginning March 1, 2026, all 2024 City Property Taxes will be charged penalty & interest of 19½ %.
