NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS The penalty & interest for 2025 city property taxes paid on or after March 1, 2026, will be 1½ %. Penalty & interest increases 1½ % per month thereafter. Beginning March 1, 2026, all 2024 City Property Taxes will be charged penalty & interest of 19½ %. Any 2024 city property taxes not paid by March 31, 2026, will be turned over to the Clerk & Master’s offi ce for collection where additional fees and interest will be added.
