Paschal, Deceased, who died on the 2nd day of February, 2026, were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court of Smith County, Tennessee. Town of Carthage Invitation to Bid For Managed IT Services The Town of Carthage is soliciting bids from qualifi ed and experienced vendors to provide comprehensive Managed IT Services for approximately 30 staff in a Windows and Microsoft environment for a Three (3) year contract, beginning July 1, 2026.
