If the holiday falls on a Sunday through Thursday, the discharge of fireworks will be allowed from dusk until 10:00 p.m. on that day.

Any person or persons found to be in violation of the regulations set forth shall be subject to the following: Officer discretion will be used to determine whether or not to issue a warning or cite the individual into City Court.
