NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE Whereas, Zachary H Farmer, unmarried man by Deed of Trust (the “Deed of Trust”), dated 6/24/2016 and of record in Deed Book 306, Pages 266-276, and as Instrument Number 16001562, in the Register’s Office of Smith County, Tennessee, conveyed to Jonathan R. PUBLIC NOTICE The Smith County Planning Offi ce will hold a public hearing before the County Commission Meeting at the Smith County Ag Center Large Room, 159 Ag Center Lane, Carthage, TN 37030 on Monday, September 23, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. All interested parties are invited to attend. For further information, please contact the Smith County Planning Offi ce at 615-735-3418. Mike Nixon, Land Use Administrator During the April Smith County Planning Commission meeting, the motion to recommend a new method to allow residential building in residential and agricultural zoned areas not abutting a publicly maintained road with the required minimum fi fty (50) feet of road frontage was brought forth and approved by the Planning Commission. A lengthy list of requirements to allow this was discussed for several months before this possible change was approved by the Planning Commission. The County Commission met on June 24, 2024, and returned this amendment back to the Planning Commission requesting changes. The Planning Commission approved a new proposal on July 15, 2024, addressing these changes. The new recommendations will be presented to the County Commission at the meeting on September 23, 2024.

PUBLIC NOTICE SOUTH CARTHAGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Five-Year Action and Annual Agency Plan The South Carthage Housing Authority (SCHA) has developed its 2025 Annual PHA Plan outlining capital projects. This plan is found within the 5-Year Action Plan, which addresses the housing authority’s capital improvement and administrative needs from fi scal year 2025 to 2029. SCHA will conduct a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at the central offi ce.
