Mrs. Mary Theresa Lee, age 76 of Carthage, TN, passed away on Thursday, February 6, 2025.

Mrs. Lee was born July 16, 1948 in Evanston, IL, a daughter of the late Frank Pastore and Florence Vitale Pastore.

Mrs. Lee is survived by Daughter; Florence Fontana of Carthage, TN. Son; Joseph (Rebecca) Fontana of Elmwood, TN. Grandsons; Samuel Fontana, Nickolas (Madi) Fontana, and Levi Fontana. Great-grandson; Mason Fontana.

Funeral Mass for Mrs. Lee is scheduled to be conducted at the St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church in Carthage, TN, on Friday, February 14, 2025 at 10AM.
