Obit – Mrs. Rosemarie (Rose) Bach

Mrs. Rosemarie (Rose) Bach, a homemaker and farm wife of the Hogans Creek Community, passed away at the age of 82 at 5:18 a.m. Thursday morning July 17, 2025 with C. P. R. in progress.

Mrs. Bach was at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home where the family received friends on Monday afternoon July 21st from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m.

On Tuesday July 22nd she was returned by air to the Yanaitis Funeral Home in her hometown of Plains, Pennsylvania. There her funeral services will be conducted and burial will follow in the Saint Peter & Paul Church Cemetery.

Her parents were the late Peter Walski and Anna Romanowski Walski and she was one of ten children and was born Rosemarie Walski on March 5, 1943 in Plains in Lucern County, Pennsylvania.

Six of her siblings preceding her in death, five brothers, Peter Walski who just died January 4, 2024 at the age of 87, Walt, Ray, Stanley, and Tony Kowalczyk; a sister, Josephine Kowalczyk Pawlowski who died December 4, 1989 at the age of 55.

She was a 1961 graduate of the Wilkes-Barre High School in Plains.

Of the Catholic faith, she was a communicant of Saint Frances Cabrinia Catholic Church in Lebanon.

Surviving is her husband, Robert Carl (Bob) Bach; three sons, Dominick Giorgianni and wife Tammy of New Bern, North Carolina, Peter Frank Giorgianni and wife Dana of Spotswood, New Jersey, Tony Giorgianni and wife Tina of Mount Juliet; two sisters, Janet Jones and husband Butch, and Teresa Burrier and husband Richard all of Plains, PA; brother, Joey Walski and wife Bonnie also of Plains, PA; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
