Sandra Ann Crook, age 63, of Gordonsville, TN passed away on Saturday February 21, 2026.
Sandra was born February 20, 1963 in Gainesboro, TN daughter of the late James Phann and Dorthey Louise Scott Williams. She was preceded in death by siblings: Brenda Davis, Dewayne Phann and Jerry Phann.
Sandra is survived by two daughters: Hope Michelle Lambert and Dawn Marie Burnley: grandchildren Abby Grisham, Maison Carden, and Braxton Carden: brother, Terry Phann and sisters Georgia Harris and Edna Spivey.
Sandra is at the Gordonsville Chapel of Bass Funeral Homes. There are no services planned.
