PUBLIC NOTICE The Town of Carthage will having a public hearing on Thursday, June 4th, 2026 at 5:45 p.m. The hearing will be concerning city ordinance CO-20260514-2 – in regards to water/sewer, rate increase. The Town of Carthage will also be holding a special called meeting on June 25th, 2026 for the second reading of the budget due to the certified tax rate not being available until June 8. The meetings will take place at City Hall, 314 Spring Street, Carthage and is open to the public. Anyone that would like to speak during citizen’s concerns has to sign in upon arrival.
