Notice of Proposed Communications Tower Construction The Tennessee Department of Safety is planning to construct a communications tower in Smith County, TN. Vertical Structures, Inc. has petitioned the Federal Communications Commission for an Antenna Structure Registration utilizing Form 854 with a fi ling number of A1392914. The tower will be located on 144 Water Tank St, Carthage, TN 37030. Coordinates of the location are 36° 15’ 44.76” N, 85° 56’ 44.73” W. The project consists of the construction of a 190’ tall self-support lattice tower plus appurtenances that will increase the communications coverage of the Tennessee Advanced Communications Network (TACN). PUBLIC NOTICE SOUTH CARTHAGE HOUSING AUTHORITY 2027 Annual Agency Plan The South Carthage Housing Authority (SCHA) has prepared its 2027 Annual PHA Plan, detailing upcoming capital projects and management improvements. The plan is included in the HUD-approved 5-Year Action Plan, which covers the authority’s capital improvements and administrative needs for fiscal year 2027.
