Smith County produced three winners at last Monday’s Sneds Tour events hosted by Cookeville’s Golden Eagle Golf Club. 

Smith County High Lady Owls’ golfers Landyn Kent and Ava West won their respective divisions while Brush Creek youth Jax Mason took home first place in the Boys 10-11 Micro division. 

Landyn Kent, who placed ninth last fall at the TSSAA (Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association) Class 1A State Championships, captured the Girls Masters (16-18)  Division. The upcoming SCHS junior completed the round with a score of 82 — defeating her opponent by 10 strokes. Kent tallied a birdie and six PARs in 18 rounds.
