MAN FACES KIDNAPPING, SEX CHARGES

A Brush Creek area resident faces aggravated kidnapping and sexual-related charges after locking two females inside his home.

One of the females was a minor.

Bobby Joe Seay II, 47, faces aggravated kidnapping, assault, providing obscene materials to a minor and solicitation of a minor to observe sex charges.

Charges stem from an incident which occurred at Seay’s Dry Fork Road residence on July 29.

Seay asked the two females into his residence to look at some work he had done inside the home, according to an arrest warrant filed by Detective Kit Jenkins with the sheriff’s department’s detective’s division.
