Mrs. Phyllis Lamarr, age 74, of Cookeville and McMinnville was pronounced dead on arrival at 9:30 a.m. Thursday morning April 5, 2018 after arriving at the St. Thomas River Park Hospital in McMinnville with C.P. R. in progress.
Mrs. Lamarr’s family will make arrangements at Sanderson in Carthage on Monday April 9th.
