GRAND JURY RETURNS MORE THAN 100 INDICTMENTS

The grand jury met on Monday (December 2) for its December session and returned more than one hundred indictments including:

Darrell W. Conaster, 53, Cross Plains, possession of schedule II drug cocaine, possession of schedule II drug methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

Anthony Justin Vosicky, 37, Charleston, South Carolina, speeding, inhale/sale/possession of glue for unlawful purpose, possession of a schedule VI drug Tetrahydrocannabinois, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Chad Alan Mabey, 30, Nashville, speeding, violation of registration law, simple possession of schedule VI drug marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful weapon.
