RICHIE MCDONALD/DEMO DERBY @ COUNTY FAIR

For residents young and old, Friday or Saturday night is always a popular time to attend the county fair.

With two major attractions this year, Thursday night will be at the top of the list time for many residents to visit the Smith County Fair (The Fair on The River). One of the bigger draws at this year’s county fair will be a free concert (with admission) sponsored by 104.1 The Ranch, featuring Richie McDonald. McDonald, former lead singer of the highly popular country music group Lonestar, is expected to draw a full house in the indoor area of the agriculture center where the concert will take place.
