Obit – Mr. Timothy A. Armistead

Mr. Timothy A. Armistead, age 59, of Pleasant Shade, TN, passed away on Thursday, November 7, 2024. 

Mr. Armistead was born September 16, 1965 in Columbia, TN, a son of the late Jimmy A. Armistead and Elizabeth Anne Busby Armistead. He was a graduate of Gordonsville High School and worked for numerous years at Clark Lumber Company. He married Susan Lee on March 17, 1989. 

Mr. Armistead is survived by his wife of 35 years; Susan Lee Armistead of Pleasant Shade, TN. Brother; Kendall (Tammy) Armistead of Johnson City, TN. Sister; Cindy Hesson. Several nieces and nephews also survive. 

Graveside Services and Interment for Mr. Armistead were conducted on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at 12PM at the Armistead Family Cemetery in the Helm’s Bend Community of Elmwood, TN. 

The family has requested memorials be made to assist with funeral expenses.
