Grand jury returns indictments

The county’s grand jury returned as many as 17 indictments for drug-related charges during its December session.

Most of the indictments involved multiple charges.

One of the more common drugs was methamphetamine.

Other drugs included various opioids and cocaine.

Also, at least two cases involved Anilino-n-phenthylpiperidine or ANPP, a relatively new drug at the local level.
