Obit – Ms. Frances Louise Ballard

Ms. Frances Louise Ballard, age 74 of the St. Mary Community in Chestnut Mound, TN, passed away on Monday, June 10, 2024.

Ms. Ballard was born April 30, 1950 in Carthage, TN, a daughter of the late John Monroe Harris and Belle Zona Silcox Harris. She was also preceded in death by Daughter; Paula Witherow and Siblings; John Morgan “Spud” Harris, Myrtle Reece, and Infant Sister Pauline Harris.

Ms. Ballard is survived by Two children; Penny Kinslow of Carthage, TN and Pamela Ballard of Chestnut Mound, TN. Grandchildren; Seth Kinslow, Taylor Pierce, Jayden Kinslow, Anthony Gibbs, Brooke Grisham, Cody Brown, Cory Brown, and Brittany Linville. Eighteen great-grandchildren and Siblings; Louwanna Mabery, Donna Lima, Paul Harris, George Harris, and Anna King.
