Obit – Mr. Daniel Bean

Mr. Daniel Bean of the Grant Community died Friday afternoon June 14, 2024 at 6:01 p.m. at the Saint Thomas Mid-Town Hospital in Nashville where he was admitted June 7th.

Mr. Bean, a Texas native, was at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home, and will be cremated at Cumberland Family Services in Algood. His cremains will be buried beside his wife Claudia in the Sterling-White Cemetery in Highlands, Texas.

He was born Jack Daniel William Roscoe Bean in Bessmay in Jasper County, Texas on July 18, 1941 and was the son of the late Jack Bean and Emma Luckey Bean.

Mr. Bean was preceded in death by his wife of fifty nine years, Buna Texas native, Claudia Yvonne Carroll Bean on December 25, 2020 and who died at the age of 78. They were in Buna married on December 22, 1961

He was a retired contract welder and retired in 2004.

The Bean family relocated to the Grant Community in 2015.

Surviving are his three children, Danny Bean and wife Julie of the Grant Community, Darrell Bean and wife Annette of Baytown, Texas, Dana Harvey and husband Brett of Lebanon; five grandchildren, Kristen Perry and husband Charles, Ashley Bean all of Cookeville, Nathan Bean of Baytown, Texas, Alisha Delasunte of Holliday, Tennessee, Anthony Collier of Lascassas, Tennessee; five great-grandchildren, Justin Hearn, William Perry, Weston Perry, Adelyna Delasuente, Isabella Delasuente.
