Obit – Mr. Tracy Tisdale

Mr. Tracy Tisdale of Lebanon departed this earthly journey at the age of 63 on June 24, 2026 at 1:30 a.m. Wednesday morning June 24, 2026 at the Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Lebanon where he was last admitted December 3, 2025. Mr. Tisdale was under the care of Gentiva Hospice of Lebanon.

A private Celebration of his Life will be conducted for the immediate family at a time, place, and date to be announced later.

Mr. Tisdale was born Lewis Tracy Tisdale in Carthage and was the son of Virgil Delton Tisdale who died at the age of 83 on November 10, 2003 and Patsy Rose “Pat” Donoho Tisdale who died at the age of 84 on June 30, 2024.

A brother, Ricky Tisdale, preceded Tracy in death on September 21, 2014 at the age of 56 and a niece, Holly Kay Tisdale preceded him in death on April 17, 1979 at the age of 6 months.

Tracy was a 1980 graduate of Hendersonville High School where he played football and where he was an outstanding linebacker for the Hendersonville Commandos.

Mr. Tisdale was saved and was a member of the Long Hollow Baptist Church, Hendersonville Campus.

Before retiring in 2019 from Patton Home Builders Construction Company, he served as the superintendent for home construction.

Surviving Tracy is his daughter Kristin Oberhausen and husband Christian of Louisville, Kentucky; his son, Justin Tisdale and wife Victoria of Hendersonville; brother, Gary Tisdale of Portland and Gary’s children, nephew Derek Tisdale and niece Amanda Rodrigeus; seven grandchildren, Samantha Tisdale, Isabella Tisdale, Avery and Alex Tisdale, Jax Tisdale and Zoe Oberhausen.
