Trustee’s Sale WHEREAS, on November 30, 2007, by Deed of Trust of record in Record Book 183, Page 350, Register’s Office, Smith County, Tennessee, JOHN C. BRONSON conveyed to RANDALL CLEMONS, Trustee, the hereinafter described real estate to secure payment of a promissory note which is fully described in said Deed of Trust; and, WHEREAS, the holder of said note and renewal thereof has appointed  JAMIE D. SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust of record in Book 200 Page 639, in the Register’s Office for Smith County, Tennessee, dated March 26, 2010, and recorded on April 15, 2010, Paul J. McGinnis and Judy M. McGinnis, a married couple, trustor, conveyed to 21st Mortgage Corporation, the hereinafter described real property to secure the payment of a Note dated March 26, 2010 (the “Note”) and other indebtedness as described in said Deed of Trust; and WHEREAS, Tim Williams resigned as Trustee under said Deed of Trust; and Philip L.
