Obit – Little Miss Ella Kate Mason

Little Miss Ella Kate Mason took her flight into the arms of the Angels  at 12:19 p.m. Friday afternoon May 17, 2024 following her birth at 9:56 a.m. that morning at the Vanderbilt Childrens Hospital in Nashville.

She was the daughter of Zackery Scott Mason and Chelsea Nicole Shoulders Mason of Smithville, and was born Eleanor Kate Mason. Ella Kate was the first child of Chelsea and Zach.

The memorial services will be private for family members.

Also surviving are Ella Kate’s maternal grandparents, Candace Enoch of Carthage, Dale Shoulders and wife Cheryl of Smithville; paternal grandparents, Scotty Mason and wife Angela of the Hickman Community; maternal great-grandparents, Jimmy Enoch and wife Connie of South Carthage, Debra Ballinger Booker and husband Marty of the Tanglewood Community, Janet Shoulders of Smithville, Danny Shoulders of the Dixon Springs Community; paternal great-grandmother, Patricia Nichols of the Hickman Community; three uncles, Dalton Shoulders and Dylan Shoulders both of Carthage and Jordan Taylor of Smithville.
