RIVALRY SWEEP; Tigerettes (22-1) highlight final regular season stretch with 3-0 victory over county foe SCHS

The Gordonsville High Tigerettes and the Smith County High Lady Owls volleyball squads concluded their annual regular season series last Wednesday evening with an in-school battle at GHS.
After clinching a dramatic 3-2 victory in their first meeting, Big Blue secured a 3-0 over their Black-and-Gold rivals.
Gordonsville would improve to 21-1 overall with the victory and compiled a 22-1 record overall following wins against Livingston, Upperman and the Lady Owls last week as the regular season concluded. The Lady Owls fell to 17-13 overall.

Last Wednesday, the Tigerettes played host to Smith County as the squads played an in-school match at 1:30 in front of an extremely loud and fired up student body.
