Obit – Mr. Barry Oldham Taylor

Mr. Barry Oldham Taylor, age 83 of Hartsville, TN passed away Friday afternoon, December 13, 2024 at Tri Star Skyline Medical Center.

Barry was born in Dixon Springs, TN to the late Walter Burton & Ruby Inez Oldham Taylor. In addition to his Parents, he was preceded in death by a Brother, Jerry Taylor.

He is survived by his Wife of 62 Years, Linda Taylor of Hartsville, TN; Son, John (Elizabeth) Taylor of Austin, TX; Daughter, Susan (George) McDonald of Riddleton, TN; 2 Grandchildren, Logan (Lauren) Celsor and Neely Celsor; Great Grandchild, Sutton Celsor; 3 Step Great Grandchildren, Keaton, Landon & Scarlett Farley; Sister, Patricia Scudder of New Middleton, TN.

Funeral services were held in the chapel of Anthony Funeral Home at 11 AM Monday, December 16, 2024 conducted by Rev. Tim Dunavant.

Pallbearers were Donald Jackson, George McDonald, Lawrence Head, William Henley, Don Hamlet, Roger Taylor, Mike Scudder and Kent Taylor.

Interment followed in the Dixon Springs Cemetery.
