Obit – Mr. Jason Shelton

Mr. Jason Shelton age 52 of Donelson departed this life on Thursday morning August 6, 2026 at the Smith County Health and Rehabilitation Center in Carthage, He was pronounced deceased at 9:50 a.m. by Heather Lowe with Gentiva Hospice of Livingston. Mr. Shelton had made his home at the facility since May 26, 2026.

Private graveside services were conducted on Friday morning August 6, 2026 and burial followed the 10 a.m. service in section five at the Ridgewood Cemetery in Carthage.

He was born Jason Ronald Shelton in Tullahoma in Coffee County on August 24, 1974 and was the only child of Ronald Keith Shelton and Sherry Denise Smith Shelton of Manchester, Tennessee.

He was educated in the Coffee County School System.

Mr. Shelton was never married and experienced the life of a Nomad.
