Obit – Mrs. Molly Marie Damron
Mrs. Molly Marie Damron, age 83, of Carthage, TN, passed away Saturday December 27, 2024 at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro, TN.
Mrs. Damron was born in Dorton, KY on August 5, 1941, daughter of the late Gilbert Akers and Roxie Ratliff Akers. She was also preceded in death by a son: Terry Lee Damron. She married Clifford Damron in1965. She worked as a hairdresser and was a member of the old Regular Baptist Church in Kentucky.
Mrs. Damron is survived by her husband of 65 years: Clifford Damron of Carthage, TN; son, Clifford Allen Damron of Carthage, TN; sister, Quilla Jean Hall of Toledo, Ohio and one granddaughter; Mandy Damron.
Mrs. Damron is at the Carthage, TN chapel of Bass Funeral Homes. There will be private services held by the family at a later date and she will be laid to rest in the family cemetery in Kentucky.

I am so sorry that you have to go through such a heartbreak as this.
I loved Molly. She and the family was there for me when I needed them most. Molly, Clifford, Terry and Alan welcome me into their home when I need a place to be. I have never forgotten about that. I often think of the family and I thank God that they were there for me. That is where I met my wonderful husband Skip we will soon be married 51 years and I am so thankful to Molly and her friendship to me. It meant so much to me.
