Fair time; Sav-Way’s free gate admission Tuesday

The Smith County Fair arrives next week.
While Friday and Saturday nights are traditionally the most attended nights of any county fair, many are eying Tuesday night’s Sav-Way Grocery’s free admission night. Anyone can attend and experience a night at the fair for free as there is no admission cost on that night.
Free admission allows for a night of free family entertainment including beauty pageants, a four-wheeler race and live acts.
The only cost is for individuals to eat or enjoy the carnival rides.
With Sav-Way’s free admission night, fair attendance was up 35 percent last year.
