PUBLIC NOTICE SOUTH CARTHAGE HOUSING AUTHORITY 2027 Annual Agency Plan The South Carthage Housing Authority (SCHA) has prepared its 2027 Annual PHA Plan, detailing upcoming capital projects and management improvements. The plan is included in the HUD-approved 5-Year Action Plan, which covers the authority’s capital improvements and administrative needs for fiscal year 2027. SCHA will hold a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at the central offi ce. The 2027 Annual PHA Plan includes key capital projects and management improvements. Interested parties may review the 2027 Annual Performance Plan during normal business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at the South Carthage Housing Authority’s administrative office at 109 Hazel Drive, South Carthage, TN 37030.
