County fair tabloid inside

The Smith County Fair tabloid is inside this week’s May 21st edition of the Courier as preparations continue for this year’s much anticipated event.

The county fair tabloid is a go-to guide, providing times, dates for various events and activities as well as exhibit/contest entry information times, rules, regulations.

It will be a special year at the county fair, marking the nation’s 250th Anniversary with special events.

Those who plan on visiting this year’s fair need to take note as some of the event dates have changed from previous years, particularly beauty pageants. 

This year’s fair runs from Monday, June 29 through Saturday, July 4 with pre-fair events (no carnival rides) set for Friday, June 26 and Saturday, June 27.

Individuals can pick up copies of the Smith County Fair Tabloid at various businesses.

The free tabloids can also be found on the front counter of the Courier.
