Carthage Main Street accident injures one; charges filed by THP

A youth was injured and charges were filed following a two vehicle wreck which occurred on Main Street in Carthage Tuesday (September 16)night, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP).

The wreck occurred at 7o3 Main Street North in front of the Carthage Church of Christ around 7:27 p.m.

A vehicle crossed the center line, striking a second vehicle head-on, according to a preliminary accident report released by THP which investigated the accident.
